Your yoga and mindfulness practices do not have to be a huge production. No fancy poses nor great feats of flexibility required. And you don't need to sit cross-legged for hours contemplating the universe to have a productive mindfulness practice either!
What it does require is consistency in order to see (and feel) results. As in, a little yoga and mindfulness every day.
But ain’t nobody got time for that! I know!!
It’s much more feasible if you know what and how to use yoga as self-care and be efficient with your time. Or have a quick, simple mindfulness technique you can easily slip into your busy day.
Think quality over quantity. Because 15 or 20 minutes totally counts! Even as little as 5-10 minutes can be really beneficial!!
