This drop-in class is offered weekly. No previous yoga experience required.
Build core, leg, and arm strength for standing balances as well as arm balances - with variations offered to suit all levels and abilities.
Breathing and mindfulness practices will also be included - to give you a well-rounded class that helps give you a sense of balanced energy and head space, too.
