Moving Meditation

Vinyasa-style Yoga + Pranayama

These 60 minute classes are designed for those looking to ease chronically tense, tight muscles. Weak muscles won't stretch well, so learn to gradually build functional strength that results in more mobility.

Expect slow and steady flowing movement with repetition to gradually increase strength and mobility for your whole body. Classes will also include mindful breathing techniques (pranayama) for a truly meditative movement practice.

Constructive Rest

Restorative Yoga + Meditation

These 60 minute therapeutic classes are your weekly opportunity to rest deeply through restorative yoga poses and breathing techniques that can help you restore energy reserves. Each class includes a Yoga Nidra meditation to provide constructive rest for your mind as well.

Expect simple, restful poses that incorporate props like blankets and pillows to help you find a moment of reprieve from your busy week.

These mini classes are just 10-15 minutes each, for a short a sweet moment to bring more mindfulness to your days.

Classes include meditative, gentle yoga + myofascial release massage + mindful breathing for self-care and stress reduction. These therapeutic mini classes are designed for those experiencing chronic pain, stress, or fatigue who are also short on time and energy.
