I aim to provide a holistic experience that benefits not just your muscular-skeletal system, but also your nervous system and psycho-emotional health as well, for a fuller mind-body-spirit experience of wellness.
As a yoga therapist, teaching yoga that is adaptive, accessible and inclusive is my forte. My classes are designed to be helpful for folks who want to practice yoga as self-care for chronic pain, stress or fatigue - so that you can feel well enough to enjoy your summer!

By offering this membership online, cost can be kept much more affordable, and the virtual classes are more inclusive for folks who are not local. This is similar to other online yoga memberships or subscriptions.
But by also including complimentary 1:1 wellness coaching sessions in July, Margo is able to connect with each member at the beginning of the season in order to adjust class plans to better meet everyone's actual needs and wellness goals. And throughout the season, every live-stream class hosted via Zoom also begins with a few moments to check-in with everyone so that Margo can readjust plans for class according to realtime aches, pains, and stressors of the day.
The result: an affordable, accessible membership with a customized feel.
Absolutely! No previous experience or fancy gear required. Honestly, even having a yoga mat is optional!
And for those who are newer to yoga, this membership includes bonus tutorial videos to give you the inside scoop on all the yoga for self-care basics. So, you will be getting a great start!
The most commonly used "props" for these classes are 1) a wall to lean against, 2) a sturdy chair to sit on or lean on, and 3) a stack of folded blankets or beach towels to sit on or lay on.
And because variety is the spice of life, classes will include options to make things more intense or challenging. These optional "fancier" props would include:
1) free weights or resistance bands (if you are in the mood to intensify your strength training),
2) two yoga blocks (if you are in the mood to intensify your strength training or challenge your balance), and/or
3) a yoga belt or long strap (if you are in the mood to amplify the stretch for your shoulders or legs).
... but there is zero obligation to purchase any of these props. You can get plenty of benefit from every class sans props. Truly!
Yup, it's like a real, in studio class that way. Definitely not a webinar style yoga class!
This allows you to see and actually connect with your fellow members during the pre-yoga check-in at the beginning of every class - like you would a yoga studio. And being able to see you helps Margo offer real time options and personalized cues during the yoga class to give everyone a better yoga-ing experience.
