Yoga for Stress Relief:

Yin Yoga + Meditation

Sundays | 6:15-7:30 p.m.

This class includes yin yoga + breathing + meditation for self-care and stress reduction. This therapeutic class is designed for those experiencing chronic pain, stress, or fatigue. 

Expect gentle, restorative, or yin-style poses, breathing practices to soothe the nervous system, and guided meditations (such as Yoga Nidra) to deeply nourish and restore you.

Strength + Flexibility:

Slow Flow + Gentle Yoga

Tuesdays | 6:15-7:30 p.m.

This therapeutic class is designed for those looking to ease chronically tense, tight muscles. Learn how yoga can help you relieve muscle tension, gain flexibility, and feel better in your body every day!

This class combines a mix of slow, flowing movement with gentle stretching to gradually increase your strength, flexibility and range of motion from head to toe.

Yoga for Balance:

Hatha + Restorative Yoga

Thursdays | 6:15-7:30 p.m.

Classes will work toward building core, leg, and arm strength for standing balances as well as arm balances - with variations offered to suit all levels and abilities.

This class begins with strong, steadily held yoga poses to develop functional strength for better balance, and concludes with a few restorative poses + breathing to help you find a sense of balanced energy and head space, too.

Some classes may be pre-recorded as noted on the schedule for dates Margo is unavailable to teach live this summer. Recordings of every yoga class will be available in the virtual studio if you are unable to attend any class live, or want to repeat any particular class this summer.

  • always wake up feeling stiff or achy and have difficulty moving around in the morning,

  • typically spend a lot of your day either sitting or standing relatively still and have tight, painful muscles at the end of your workday,

  • feel like you never fully recovered from an old injury and still experience muscle tension and pain that keeps you from enjoying all the things you used to do pre-injury, or

  • often feel burnt out long before the weekend arrives, and don't seem to have enough energy, focus, or strength to get through to the end of the week well.
