This weekly live streaming class with Margo may include a variety of styles of yoga. After a brief check-in with the group, Margo will select a sequence of poses, breathing techniques, and/or guided meditation that best suit the current needs of your body and mind.

Vinyasa-style Yoga

These classes are designed for those looking to ease chronically tense, tight muscles. Weak muscles won't stretch well, so learn to gradually build functional strength that results in more mobility.

Expect slow and steady flowing movement with repetition to gradually increase strength and mobility for your whole body.

Yin Yoga

This therapeutic class is designed for those looking to ease chronically tense, tight muscles. Relieve muscle tension, gain flexibility, and feel better in your body every day!

Hatha-style Yoga
